Dealer Development Staff
Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Management
  • Monitor dealer facility condition
  • Propose improvement project,such as relay-out especially for show room interior of current outlets
  • Dealer visit
  • Dealer Profile Management
  • Monitor and maintaining dealer profile system
  • Reporting
  • Provide weekly and mothly progress report


Requirements:

  • Male, Single, 24 - 28 years old
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Architecture or Interior Design with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Fresh graduate are welcome for applying,preferably have experience in handling building project, interior or fit out
  • Good analytical and concept design skill
  • Fluent in using Ms. Office, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Photoshop
  • Fluent in English is a must (Oral and Written)
  • Having a good communication skill, dynamic interpersonal, highly motivated, initiatives, and a good team player
  • Ability to perform under pressure with any kind of task, Target oriented, careful, detail and hard worker


Secretary Staff (outsource)
Responsibilities:

  • Arrange visitor accommodation and payment
  • Manage accommodation and administration for expatriate
  • Prepare bussiness trip money
  • Arrange transportation for Nissan guest for supplier visit ( Car and driver )
  • cost calculation for visit supplier for highway, gasoline and park
  • Arrange daily and monthly schedule for Vice president director – manufacturing
  • Arrange business trip for vice president director - manufacturing
  • prepare dispatched request for guest – related to project
  • coordinate visit and itinerary schedule for guest
  • schedule of meeting room
  • prepare invitation letter for guest
  • order air flight ticket
  • Handle visitor to meeting with Vice president director - manufacturing
  • others related to Vice president director


Requirements:

  • Diploma degree from reputable university, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Has 1 year experiences in the similar field (fresh graduate are welcome for applying).
  • Single, 23 - 25 years old.
  • Have good analytical thinking, numerical ability,logic of verbal, and accuracy.
  • Have good communication skill, interpersonal relationship,work in team, and able to speak in english
  • Computer literate, fast learned, available work overtime, hard working.


Assistant Manager for Marketing and Promotions
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
  • Evaluates customer research , market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed
  • Responsible for specific product marketing, advertising, promotional and related activities


Requirements:

  • Male, Single, 28 – 40 years old
  • S2 with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Min 2 year experience in similar field
  • Fluent to speak in English
  • Good communication skill and leadership
  • Fast learned, available work overtime, hardworking, and can work under pressure
  • Able to work accuracy, good perspective, logic of verbal and analitical thinking


Manufacturing Cost Control Supervisor
Responsibilities:

  • Calculation of manufacturing cost budget planning
  • Distribute manufacturing cost budget to budget holder
  • Analyze and make comparison between budget and actual expense:
  • Cooperate in basic unit improvement
  • Cooperate in technical improvement
  • To be able to control cost in manufacturing and make improvement for it
  • Coordinate all members in budget achievement activity


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Min 2 year experience in Cost Control or Corporate Planning
  • Single, max 25 years old
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office, especially in Excel and Power Point)
  • Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written
  • Have high analysis skill, interpersonal skill, communicative, can work under pressure, hard and also smart worker
  • Willing to hard work until late (over time) to finishing the job
  • Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill and able to work in team
  • Have interest in automotive


Purchasing Admin Staff
Responsibilities:
To purchase the goods start from received purchase requisition from user (other dept), release purchase order until receives the goods

Requirements:

  • DIII from reputable university, major in Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Min 1 year experience in similar field
  • Single, 22 - 27 years old
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office, especially in Excel and Power Point)
  • Have good perspective , accuracy, can work under pressure
  • Willing to hard work until late (over time) to finishing the job
  • Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill and able to work in team


Industrial Engineering Supervisor
Responsibilities:

  • Productivity and efficiency improvement for GR & BR in all dealer


Requirements:

  • S2 from reputable university, major in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Min 2 year experience in similar field
  • Male , 30 - 35 years old
  • Have good analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective ,accuracy, can work under pressure

Field Representative Supervisor
Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Biz Planning

  • Workshop layout and vehicle flow in service
  • Other specific program needed by each dealer
