  • Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK).
  • Tidak dalam kedudukan sebagai pengurus/anggota Partai Politik.
  • Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak alas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS)/ Anggota TNI/ Polri atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta.
  • Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS atau PNS dan tidak sedang terikat perjanjian/kontrak kerja dengan instansi lain.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia atau negara lain yang ditentukan oleh Pemerintah.
  • Sehat jasmani dan rohani.
  • Persyaratan Khusus
  • Pendidikan S1, IPK diutamakan diatas 3,00 (tiga koma nol nol) skala 4
  • Usia maksimum 34 tahun (Lahir 1 Juli 1978 atau sesudahnya)
  • Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri, Perguruan Tinggi Swasta atau Perguruan Tinggi di luar negeri yang terakreditasi Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi.
  • Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan) diutamakan bagi yang memiliki sertifikat TOEFL Prediction dengan score 550.
  • Bila diterima, bersedia mengikuti peraturan yang berlaku di BKPM.

Persyaratan Umum

  • Warga Negara Indonesia;
  • Bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa;
  • Memiliki integritas yang tinggi terhadap NKRI;
  • Berusia minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 35 tahun per 31 Januari 2013;
  • Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS, Calon Anggota/Anggota TNI/POLRI;
  • Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Anggota atau Pengurus Partai Politik;
  • Tidak pemah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/ Anggota TNI/ POLRI atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Swasta;
  • Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan Putusan Pengadilan;
  • Memenuhi jenjang pendidikan dan kualilikasi pendidikan yang ditetapkan.

Persyaratan Khusus

  • Lulus Perguruan Tinggi Negeri/ Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang terakreditasi Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi dibuktikan dengan Nomor SK dari Badan Akreditasi Nasional dan tertera pada ijazah/ transkrip nilai.
  • Bagi lulusan Perguruan Tinggi di Luar Negeri, harus mendapat pengesahan dari Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi disertai dengan konversi IPK ke dalam skala 4.
  • Diutamakan memiliki Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) >= 3.25 dibuktikan dengan salinan Transkrip Nilai Akhir.

dalam rangka mengisi formasi kebutuhan pegawai Tahun Anggaran 2012, Badan Nasional Penempatan dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (BNP2TKI) membuka kesempatan bagi Warga Negara Indonesia untuk mengikuti seleksi pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan BNP2TKI yang akan ditempatkan di beberapa wilayah kerja BNP2TKI baik pusat maupun daerah. Persyaratan

  1. Warga Negara Republik Indonesia, yang bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME, setia dan taat kepada Pancasila, UUD Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 dan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI).
  2. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/ PNS/ TNI/ POLRI.
  3. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota dan/ atau pengurus Partai Politik.
  4. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan.
  5. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan tidak hormat sebagai PNS atau instansi Swasta.
  6. Tidak sedang terikat kontrak kerja.
  7. Tidak dalam kondisi hamil bagi wanita
  8. Berusia maksimal 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada tanggal 30 November 2012.
  9. Mengisi formulir pendaftaran yang dapat diunduh pada lampiran pengumuman.
  10. Mengisi Surat Izin, Surat Pernyataan Umum, Surat Pernyataan Tidak Akan Mengajukan Pindah/Mutasi, dan Surat Pernyataan Tidak Akan Mengundurkan Sebagai Pegawai (semua form dapat diunduh pada lampiran pengumuman ini).
  11. Dalam kondisi sehat dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan dari Puskesmas/Rumah Sakit Pemerintah.
  12. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah NKRI.
  13. Bersedia untuk tidak memilih wilayah tugas dan tidak mengajukan pindah sebelum masa kerja 5 tahun.
  14. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer minimal program Office dan Internet.
  15. Latar belakang pendidikan Sarjana (S1).
  16. Mempunyai Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) sekurang-kurangnya 2,75 dalam skala 4 (Perguruan Tinggi Negeri maupun swasta)
  17. Untuk Program Studi dari Perguruan Tinggi Swasta minimal Terakreditasi “A” dan apabila dalam ijazah tidak disebutkan akreditasinya, maka perlu dilampirkan fotocopy sertifikat akreditasi atau Surat Keterangan dari perguruan tinggi yang bersangkutan.
  18. Mampu berbahasa Inggris (fotocopy TOEFL/ TOEFL Prediction/IELTS dilampirkan)
  19. Mengikuti seluruh tahapan seleksi.


V. TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN
1. Pelamar yang memenuhi syarat dapat membuat Lamaran dengan ketentuan ditulis sendiri, dengan tinta berwarna hitam, diatas kertas folio bergaris dan dibubuhi materai Rp 6.000,00;

2. Mengisi Formulir Pendaftaran yang dapat diunduh pada website : www.bnp2tki.go.id (Formulir yang telah diisi jangan dibolongi, hanya disisipkan dalam map snelhekter)

3. Pelamar wajib mengirimkan Berkas Formulir Pendaftaran beserta lampirannya dan disusun rapih dalam map snelhekter dengan urutan dari atas sebagai berikut:

3.1. Daftar Riwayat Hidup meliputi pendidikan formal (Sekolah Dasar s.d. pendidikan terakhir), informal dan pengalaman kerja. Khusus pendidikan formal harus dituliskan : nama lembaga pendidikan, lama pendidikan, dan tahun lulus;
3.2. Fotocopy ijazah / STTB dan Transkrip Nilai Akademis yang telah dilegalisasi/cap basah (mulai dari Sekolah Dasar sampai dengan Pendidikan Terakhir); khusus untuk Perguruan Tinggi legalisasi ditandatangani minimal oleh Pembantu Dekan Bidang Akademis;
3.3. Fotocopy Kartu Tanda Pencari Kerja (Kartu Kuning) yang dikeluarkan oleh instansi berwenang yang masih berlaku dan dilegalisasi (cap basah);
3.4. Fotocopy Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian setempat yang masih berlaku dan dilegalisasi (cap basah);
3.5. Fotocopy Kartu Tanda Penduduk yang masih berlaku;
3.6. Fotocopy Surat Keterangan Berbadan Sehat dari Rumah Sakit Pemerintah yang masih berlaku dan dilegalisasi (cap basah);
3.7. Surat Izin yang telah dilengkapi dan ditandatangani oleh Suami/Istri/Orangtua di atas materai Rp. 6000,-
3.8. Surat Pernyataan Umum, Surat Pernyataan Tidak Akan Mengajukan Pindah/Mutasi, dan Surat Pernyataan Tidak Akan Mengundurkan Sebagai Pegawai, yang masing-masing telah dilengkapi dan ditandatangani oleh pelamar di atas materai Rp. 6000,-
3.9. Pas Foto terakhir berwarna (laki-laki berwarna dasar merah, perempuan berwarna dasar biru), ukuran 3×4 sebanyak 3 lembar dan di bagian belakangnya dituliskan nama pelamar;
3.10. Amplop surat sebanyak 2 (dua) lembar yang masing-masing ditulis nama pelamar, alamat pelamar disertai nomor telepon/HP dan ditempel perangko kilat;
3.11. Fotocopy hasil nilai TOEFL/TOEFL Prediction/IELTS yang masih berlaku.
4. Tempat dan Waktu Pendaftaran
4.1. Berkas lamaran yang telah dimasukkan ke dalam snelhekter, dimasukkan ke dalam amplop coklat ukuran folio dan dikirim melalui PT. Pos Indonesia, ditujukan kepada :

4.2. Berkas lamaran dikirim ke Panitia paling lambat tanggal 27 Juli 2012 (cap pos)
4.3. Panitia tidak menerima berkas lamaran yang diantar langsung.
4.4. Berkas lamaran yang dikirim selain alamat di atas tidak akan diproses.

VI. PELAKSANAAN SELEKSI

1. Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi akan dipanggil mengikuti tahap selanjutnya. Hasil seleksi administrasi akan ditentukan kemudian.
2. Pengumuman mengenai hasil seleksi administrasi dapat dilihat melalui website : www.bnp2tki.go.id . paling lambat pada 24 Agustus 2012
3. Pengumuman mengenai hasil seleksi administrasi juga akan disampaikan melalui surat pengumuman ke pelamar yang memenuhi syarat administrasi melalui PT Pos Indonesia.
4. Pengambilan nomor ujian, serta lokasi tempat ujian akan diinformasikan kemudian.
5. Peserta seleksi/Ujian tertulis yang tidak mengikuti salah satu materi ujian penyaringan dianggap gugur.
6. Hasil seleksi/ujian tertulis akan diumumkan melalui website: www.bnp2tki.go.id .

VII. LAIN-LAIN

a. Seleksi masuk Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil BNP2TKI tidak dipungut biaya dan Panitia tidak bertanggung jawab apabila terjadi pungutan dari pihak lain yang mengatasnamakan Panitia Pengadaan.

b. Panitia tidak bertanggung jawab atas keterlambatan surat yang dikirim ke alamat pelamar dalam kaitannya dengan pemberitahuan terhadap peserta.

c. Surat lamaran yang sudah masuk ke panitia, dengan alasan apapun tidak dapat diminta kembali, oleh karenanya panitia tidak melayani permintaan kembali atas berkas lamaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung.

d. Biaya transportasi dan akomodasi selama mengikuti tahapan tes/ujian ditanggung oleh pelamar

e. Kelulusan pelamar pada setiap tahapan tes ditentukan oleh kemampuan dan kompetensi pelamar. Apabila ada pihak/oknum yang menawarkan jasa dengan menjanjikan untuk dapat diterima menjadi CPNS di lingkungan BNP2TKI dengan meminta imbalan tertentu, maka perbuatan tersebut adalah penipuan. Panitia tidak bertanggung jawab atas perbuatan pihak/oknum tersebut.

f. Apabila pelamar memberikan data/keterangan yang tidak benar, dan di kemudian hari diketahui, baik pada setiap tahapan tes/ujian, maupun setelah diangkat menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Pegawai Negeri Sipil, BNP2TKI berhak membatalkan kelulusan tersebut dan/atau memberhentikan sebagai CPNS/PNS di lingkungan BNP2TKI, menuntut ganti rugi atas kerugian negara yang terjadi akibat keterangan yang tidak benar tersebut, dan melaporkan sebagai tindak pidana ke Pengadilan Negeri karena telah memberikan keterangan palsu.

C. Persyaratan Administrasi Khusus :
1. Bagi pelamar yang telah melakukan registrasi dari portal www.bppt.go.id dan oleh sistem komputer dinyatakan telah memenuhi syarat, akan mendapatkan nomor registrasi yang harus dicetak/print-out. Form Registrasi yang telah dicetak tersebut untuk selanjutnya dikirimkan bersama berkas surat lamaran. Paling lambat registrasi dilakukan pada tanggal 29 Juli 2012, pk. 12.00 WIB.

2. Adapun berkas surat lamaran yang harus dikirimkan adalah sebagai berikut:
a. Cetakan nomor registrasi pelamar.
b. Surat lamaran agar ditulis tangan dengan tinta berwarna biru.
c. Daftar riwayat hidup, dilingkapi dengan alamat pelamar secara lengkap dan jelas dengan mencantumkan kota dan kode pos, no.telepon/handphone dan alamat email.
d. Fotokopi Ijazah terakhir yang telah dilegalisir (cap, tanda tangan asli oleh Dekan, Direktur atau Ditjen Dikti, Kemdiknas bagi lulusan perguruan tinggi luar negeri). Surat Keterangan kelulusan dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
e. Fotokopi Transkip Nilai/IPK yang telah dilegalisir oleh Dekan, Direktur atau Ditjen Dikti, Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional bagi lulusan perguruan tinggi luar negeri.
f. Fotokopi Akte Kelahiran.
g. Fotokopi KTP yang masih berlaku.
h. Fotokopi keterangan sehat rohani dan jasmani serta tidak buta warna dari Dokter Puskesmas/ RSUD/RSUP/RSCM.
i. Fotokopi SKCK (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian) yang masih berlaku. (Bila pelamar telah memiliki berkas ini agar dilampirkan, namun berkas ini menjadi wajib dimiliki pelamar untuk diberikan kepada BPPT, pada saat pemberkasan usulan CPNS)
j. Pas Foto berwarna terbaru ukuran 3×4 sebanyak 2 (dua) lembar.
k. Fotokopi halaman judul dan abstrak tugas akhir/skripsi.
l. Fotokopi surat keterangan pengalaman kerja bagi yang pernah/sedang bekerja.
m. Cantumkan nomor registrasi lamaran sesuai dengan jurusan bidang pendidikan pada pojok kiri atas amplop lamaran.

3. Berkas lamaran paling lambat diterima oleh Panitia Seleksi CPNS BPPT tertanggal 29 Juli 2012 di Gedung BPPT – I, Lantai 6, pk. 18.00 WIB.

a. Surat lamaran beserta kelengkapannya disusun rapi sesuai urutannya (lihat point C) dalam map :

Lain-Lain
Dalam proses registrasi, rekrutmen dan seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Lingkungan BPPT Tahun Anggaran 2012 berlaku ketentuan sebagai berikut :

Diberlakukan sistem gugur.
Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan adminstrasi tidak dapat diproses lebih lanjut.
Hanya pelamar yang terpilih yang dapat mengkuti proses seleksi selanjutnya.
Semua berkas yang dikirimkan, kecuali surat lamaran dan daftar riwayat hidup, adalah hasil fotokopi dan bukan asli. Panita tidak bertanggung jawab untuk mengembalikan berkas asli bila terjadi kesalahan kirim.
Dalam rangka rekrutmen dan seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil ini Panitia tidak mengadakan bimbingan tes atau persiapan pendahuluan dan tidak memungut biaya apapun selama proses seleksi/tes.
Biaya transportasi dan akomodasi selama mengikuti proses rekrutmen dan seleksi ditanggung pelamar.
Setiap pelamar dapat melihat Pengumuman dan informasi lain yang berkaitan dengan seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil BPPT secara online melalui portal www.bppt.go.id. Panitia tidak melayani komunikasi langsung dengan pelamar yang berkaitan dengan proses rekrutmen dan hasilnya.
Kelulusan pelamar pada ujian tes yang dilaksanakan oleh BPPT ditentukan oleh kemampuan dan kompetensi peserta tes pada saat ujian/tes tertulis hingga job test. Apabila ada pihak/oknum yang menawarkan jasa dengan menjanjikan untuk dapat diterima menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan BPPT dengan imbalan tertentu, maka perbuatan tersebut adalah penipuan. Panitia tidak bertanggung jawab atas perbuatan pihak/oknum tersebut.

Rincian Jabatan dan Jumlah Formasi


1 Pejabat Diplomatik dan Konsuler (Diplomat/PDK)

Lulusan Sarjana (S-1), Magister/Master (S-2) dan Doktor (S-3) sejumlah 60 orang untuk menjadi CPNS Golongan III untuk dididik menjadi Pejabat Diplomatik dan Konsuler (Diplomat/PDK);
Uraian Kerja :

Tugas utama seorang diplomat Indonesia adalah mewakili negara dan pemerintah Indonesia (representing), melakukan perundingan untuk dan atas nama kepentingan nasional (negotiating), melindungi kepentingan negara dan pemerintah, warga negara, dan Badan Hukum Indonesia (protecting), membangun jejaring dan kerja sama untuk memajukan hubungan kedua negara/pihak (promoting) dan melakukan pelaporan pelaksanaan tugas dan pengamatan di bidang politik, keamanan, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya (reporting).Tugas-tugas tersebut dilaksanakan di Kementerian Luar Negeri dan Perwakilan RI di luar negeri.
2 Penata Keuangan dan Kerumahtanggaan Perwakilan (PKKRT)

Lulusan Sarjana (S-1) sejumlah 40 orang untuk menjadi CPNS Golongan III dan dididik menjadi Penata Keuangan dan Kerumahtanggaan Perwakilan (PKKRT)
Uraian Kerja :

Penata Keuangan dan Kerumahtanggaan Perwakilan (PKKRT) adalah staf non-diplomatik yang membantu pelaksanaan tugas di Kementerian Luar Negeri dan Perwakilan RI di luar negeri di bidang administrasi, keuangan, kepegawaian, perlengkapan dan kerumahtanggaan.
3 Petugas Komunikasi (PK)

Lulusan Diploma 3 (D-3) sejumlah 20 orang untuk menjadi CPNS Golongan II dan dididik menjadi Petugas Komunikasi (PK).
Uraian Kerja

Petugas Komunikasi (PK) adalah staf non-diplomatik yang membantu pelaksanaan tugas di Kementerian Luar Negeri dan Perwakilan RI di luar negeri di bidang pengelolaan teknologi informasi, komunikasi, persandian, pengamanan, pengawasan dan pengendalian pemberitaan.
I. PERSYARATAN UMUM

a. Warga Negara Indonesia.
b. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 (delapan belas) tahun (tanggal lahir 1 Desember 1994 dan sebelumnya).
c. Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap.
d. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/Anggota TNI/Polri atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta.
e. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS atau Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dan tidak sedang terikat perjanjian/kontrak kerja dengan instansi lain.
f. Tidak bersuami/beristrikan seorang yang berkewarganegaraan asing atau tanpa kewarganegaraan.
g. Sehat jasmani dan rohani.
h. Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas selama 5 (lima) tahun dan ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia atau negara lain yang ditentukan oleh Pemerintah. PDLN dapat ditugaskan pada salah satu Perwakilan RI di Luar Negeri di seluruh dunia dimana kondisi setempat dimana Perwakilan RI diakreditasikan cukup beragam, beberapa diantaranya merupakan wilayah yang rawan secara politik, ekonomi maupun keamanan.
II. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS

A. PEJABAT DIPLOMATIK DAN KONSULER (DIPLOMAT/PDK)

a. Berijazah Sarjana (S-1), Magister/Master (S-2), atau Doktor (S-3):
Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (Jurusan Hubungan Internasional, Ilmu Politik, Studi Kawasan, Ilmu Komunikasi/Hubungan Masyarakat, Ilmu Pemerintahan dan Administrasi Negara).
Ilmu Hukum (Hukum Internasional, Hukum Perdata, Hukum Pidana, Hukum Bisnis, Hukum Lingkungan, Hukum Tata Negara, Hukum Administrasi Negara).
Ilmu Ekonomi (Jurusan Manajemen dan Studi Pembangunan).
Sastra/Ilmu Pengetahuan Budaya (Arab, China, Inggris, Perancis, Rusia, Spanyol, Jerman).

b. Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri, Perguruan Tinggi Swasta atau Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang program studinya terakreditasi oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi pada saat tanggal kelulusan, dengan persyaratan IPK:
Sarjana (S-1) minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima) dalam skala 4;
Magister/Master (S-2) minimal 3,00 (tiga koma nol nol) dalam skala 4.
Doktor (S-3) minimal 3,00 (tiga koma nol nol) dalam skala 4.

c. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan) dan/atau bahasa Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB)/asing lainnya (Arab, China, Perancis, Rusia, Spanyol, Jerman).

d. Berusia maksimum:
28 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2012 (tanggal lahir 1 Desember 1984 dan setelahnya) untuk tingkat Sarjana (S-1).
32 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2012 (tanggal lahir 1 Desember 1980 dan setelahnya) untuk tingkat Magister/Master (S-2).
35 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2012 (tanggal lahir 1 Desember 1977 dan setelahnya) untuk tingkat Doktor (S-3).

B. PENATA KEUANGAN DAN KERUMAHTANGGAAN PERWAKILAN (PKKRT)

a. Berijazah Sarjana (S-1) Jurusan Akuntansi.
b. Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri, Perguruan Tinggi Swasta, atau Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang program studinya terakreditasi oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi pada saat tanggal kelulusan, dengan persyaratan IPK minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima) dalam skala 4.

a. Berijazah Diploma 3 (D-3):
1. Jurusan Teknik Telekomunikasi;
2. Jurusan Teknik Informatika;
3. Jurusan Teknik Komputer; dan
4. Jurusan Teknologi Informasi;
b. Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri, Perguruan Tinggi Swasta, atau Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang program studinya terakreditasi oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi pada saat tanggal kelulusan, dengan persyaratan IPK minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima) dalam skala 4.
c. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan) dan/atau bahasa PBB/asing lainnya (Arab, China, Perancis, Rusia, Spanyol, Jerman).
d. Berusia maksimum 28 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2012 (tanggal lahir 1 Desember 1984 dan setelahnya).

III. PENDAFTARAN

a. Melakukan registrasi online melalui situs https://e-cpns.kemlu.go.id mulai tanggal 16 Juli 2012 pukul 09.00 WIB dan mencetak formulir registrasi beserta pernyataan menyetujui ketentuan dan syarat yang ditetapkan.
b. Disamping melakukan registrasi online, peserta wajib mengirimkan berkas lamaran kepada Panitia Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS Kemlu Tahun Anggaran 2012 melalui Pos Tercatat mulai tanggal 16 Juli 2012 (CAP POS) dan berakhir pada tanggal 06 Agustus 2012 (CAP POS), serta sudah harus diterima Panitia selambat-lambatnya tanggal 10 Agustus 2012, ditujukan kepada:

c. Setiap Pelamar hanya diperkenankan mengirimkan satu berkas lamaran dan mendaftar hanya untuk satu kategori seleksi PDK, PKKRT, atau PK.
d. Registrasi online baru akan diproses setelah Panitia menerima berkas lamaran yang disampaikan melalui P.O. BOX tersebut di atas dan tidak menerima format penyampaian lamaran lainnya.
e. Formulir Registrasi harus dilengkapi dengan melampirkan:
i. Surat Pernyataan Menyetujui Ketentuan dan Syarat yang telah dicetak dibubuhi meterai Rp. 6.000;
ii. Fotokopi KTP yang masih berlaku/Fotokopi Paspor bagi Pelamar dari luar negeri;
iii. Daftar Riwayat Hidup terakhir, sesuai dengan format yang telah disediakan;
iv. Satu lembar fotokopi ijazah (D-3, S-1, S-2 atau S-3) berikut transkrip nilai yang sudah dilegalisasi (cap basah dan tanda tangan asli). Surat Keterangan Kelulusan/Ijazah Sementara tidak diterima; Catatan: bagi lulusan luar negeri yang memiliki transkrip nilai tidak berskala 4.0 harap melampirkan konversi transkrip nilai dengan skala 4.0.
v. Fotokopi Akte Kelahiran;
vi. Asli Surat Keterangan berbadan sehat dan tidak buta warna yang dikeluarkan oleh dokter RSUD/RSUP/RS TNI/Polri terbaru (3 bulan terakhir);
vii. Fotokopi tanda pencari kerja (kartu kuning Kemnakertrans) yang masih berlaku;
viii. Asli Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang masih berlaku;
ix. Pas foto terakhir ukuran 4×6 cm (berwarna) sesuai dengan kriteria foto sebanyak 3 lembar. Harap tuliskan nama Pelamar di bagian belakang foto.
Catatan: Bagi pelamar yang bertempat tinggal di luar negeri persyaratan pada butir vi sampai dengan viii harus dapat dipenuhi pada saat daftar ulang apabila dinyatakan lulus pada ujian seleksi tahap terakhir.

f. Lamaran beserta lampiran tersebut pada butir (e) disusun rapi sesuai urutan di atas dalam map kertas jepit berlubang dengan warna:
i. Biru untuk Pelamar PDK berijazah S–1;
ii. Kuning untuk Pelamar PDK berijazah S–2;
iii. Putih untuk Pelamar PDK berijazah S–3;
iv. Hijau untuk Pelamar PKKRT; dan
v. Merah untuk Pelamar PK

g. Map lamaran beserta lampiran dimasukkan kedalam amplop warna coklat. Pada pojok kiri atas amplop agar ditempelkan potongan barcode yang dapat diperoleh setelah mengunduh formulir registrasi.

h. Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan tersebut di atas tidak akan diproses.

i. Berkas lamaran yang diterima Panitia menjadi milik Panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh Pelamar.

j. Pelamar diminta untuk tidak melampirkan dokumen-dokumen lain selain yang tersebut pada butir e.

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk is an Indonesian tobacco company. Sampoerna/Philip Morris International is the largest Indonesian tobacco company, ahead of Gudang Garam and Djarum. In May, 2005, subsidiaries of Altria Group completed the acquisition of 97.95% of the company. Responsibilities:
Job Purpose  :

  • Maintain and develop potential modern channel in order to achieve the agreed sales target.

Responsibility:

  • Propose  new potential modern channels
  • Monitor stock and sales result in modern channel & Acer Centre
  • Visit modern channel and traditional market in order to get the partner’s feedback and competitor activity
  • Coordinate with Channel Team and Construction  Team related to renovation of Acer centre, Acer store, and Acer Point (incl. MOU) in order to ensure the renovation executed properly
  • Work closely with Marcom team in providing POP and others material promotion in order to ensure the availability of that material in Acer Centre/Stores/Points
  • Coordinate & monitor ISP’s performance related to display unit/POP, festive dress up, distribution of uniforms, user campaign, collecting warranty card in order to ensure Acer Centre/Stores operated smoothly
  • Coordinate with ISP and PreSales team in order to set up product training to Acer Centre’s sales staff
  • Maintain good relationship with all partners (Acer Centres/Stores/Point, Gateway Stores and Modern Channel) in order to build loyalty toward Acer and increase Customer Satisfaction
  • Assist in surveying new potential location for new Gateway stores


Requirements:

  • Male, maximum 32 years old
  • Bachelor Degree from Information Technology major with GPA min. 3,0
  • Experiences in IT/electronic company handling Business Development minimum 2 years with exposure in preparing/developing store opening and implementation

Order Processing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and control order allocation, credit limit and shipment instruction in order to ensure the order can be fulfilled on schedule.
  • Monitor shipment plan (quantity, type, price) in order to provide the newest information and ensure the order can be released on schedule.
  •  Produce and distribute report (Sales report, Order processing report, Linearity report) to related party in order to provide any information for taking immediate action needed.
  • Receive and perform order processing  (fixed asset) from internal party (ISD, GA) in order to ensure the order can be fulfilled on schedule


Requirements:

  • Female, max. of 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree majoring in Economy from reputable University
  • Min. 2 years experience in order processing (import)
