  • Consistently delight customer through superior service delivery, individually as well as jointly as a team. Work together with other related areas in delivery the ideal customer experiences.
  • Accountable for meeting of service and productivity indicators by working jointly with the team to ensure achievement of the targets and meeting the standard indicators.
  • Accountable for accuracy & timeliness in processing customer instruction.
  • Provide feedback on problem incidence/service issues to Premium Service Head.
  • Ensure that problem/complaints are solved timely and satisfactory.
  • Assist Citiphone Services/Manager in handling complex issues.
  • Participate in implementation of Citibanking strategy though project and assigned tasks.
  • Participate actively in indentifying and pursuing opportunities to improve customer satisfactions, productivity and working environment.
  • Responsible for building the customer relationship though identifying customer needs and effective cross-sell process.
  • Providing sales leads to other relevant department to support their acquisition effort .
  • Participate in regular forum with supervisors by providing feedback for improvement to deliver consistent customer experience.
  • Assist Citiphone Unit Head/ Supervisors in training /coaching new Citiphone staff.


  • S1 ( Bachelor Degree )
  • 2 years experience in service area
  • Fluent in English
  • Possess good communication, analytical, problem solving & decision making skills.
  • Good knowledge in both Banking & Cards would be advantage.
  • Result oriented with proven service quality performance.
  • Ability to interact and work with people from all levels
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Driven, dynamic, proactive and maintains positive outlook at all times.
