Compliance Officer at Compliance Advisory & Assurance

Responsibilities:
- Together with the Compliance Advisory & Assurance team developing a sound compliance culture (among others) in the following area:
- Promoting Compliance policies - write up policies and procedures; and raising awareness
- Raising awareness and monitoring business units compliance to pervailing BI regulations
- Develop a risk assessment and perform assurance tests to ensure that business units have sufficient controls to mitigate relevant compliance risks
Requirements:
- Have good understanding of banking operations with 2-3 years of experience
- Proficiency in english - good spoken and in writing is preferable
- Good writing skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- University degree with good IPK

- Good people management and interpersonal skills
- Having experience at least (2 or 3) years as Supervisor in operational banking
- Having good product knowledge and understanding on daily banking operation/service practices
- Having ability to operate Ms. Word and Ms. Excel well
