Recruitment Officer
(Banten)
Responsibilities:

• Fulfill the Store Operation's and Head Office's vacancy
• Initiate different sourcing methods
• Build a good relationship with external parties (universities, career fair institution, etc)

Requirements:

• Female, max. 30 years old
• Min. S1 Degree in Psychology from reputable University, GPA min 2.75
• Min. 1 year experiences at the same position
• Experiences handling job fair and walk in interview would be an advantage
• Strong knowledge in various psychology assessment tools (administering, scoring, interpreting) and recruitment sourcing method
• Fluent in English (oral and written) & computer literate
• Willing to travel and be placed at Lippo Karawaci

Industrial Relation Section Head
(Banten)
Responsibilities:

• Prevents IR cases & ensures employee risk & case handling
• Identifies potential issues & problems related to Industrial Relation matters

Requirements:

• Male, max. 35 years old.
• Min. S1 Degree in Law from reputable University, GPA > 2.75
• Min. 5 year experiences at the same position.
• Experiences from retail company would be an advantage
• Strong knowledge in Labor Law and its implementation
• Fluent in English (oral and written) & computer literate.
• Willing to travel and be placed at Lippo Karawaci
