Teller
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • To handle customer's transaction (cash and non cash) over the counter in accurate, problem free / timely, courteous manner.
  • To be responsible for daily cash balancing and any instrument in his/her custody.
  • To achieve satisfactory result on internal and external customer satisfactory survey.
  • Maintain awareness of the security in customer area as well as in teller area – by monitoring customer queue and adhering the limited teller premises access.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent.
  • High degree of accuracy.
  • Service oriented with high level of integrity.

Customer Service
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to costumers through delivery of competent and timely service.
  • Track performance in meeting service level standards through preparation of MIS report.
  • Assist the Branch Customer Service Manager to provide competent and timely service to clients.
  • Work towards higher productivity through preparation of relevant reports.
  • Ensure that there is timely follow-up on daily overline reports.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent.
  • English proficiency.
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skill.Fund Accountant
    (Jakarta Raya)
    Responsibilities:

  • Accounting all transaction and funds activities.
  • Prepare complete financial statement for mutual funds, unit links, insurance funds, pension funds, etc.
  • Calculate the daily NAV.
  • NAV report distribution to respective parties.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Accounting.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Fraud Analyst
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

  • Minimize the fraud losses by identifying from applications, agencies, fraud companies and bad company for Out-regions
  • Identify any potential risk in Citibank internal process and give recommendation to management.
  • Build awareness by conducting training to agencies.
  • Actively involve in agency audit / visitation.
  • Provide regular feedback to direct sales / telemarketing, application processing, credit policy to support the business decision that requires credit and fraud expertise.

Requirements:

  • Possess 2 – 4 years of experience in Banking industries.
  • Flexible for a high demand of travelling.
  • Holds a Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Have high integrity and firmness in dealing with customers and senior levels.
  • Have a good understanding on credit cycle process and basic knowledge on Risk Management.
  • Has strong communication skills, willing to face challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural working environment.
