LOWONGAN KERJA SWASTA : XL 2011

PT XL Axiata Tbk. ('XL') was established on 8 October 1989, under the name PT Grahametropolitan Lestari. Its main business was in trading and general services.

Six years later, XL took an important step by setting up a partnership with Rajawali Group -a shareholder of PT Grahametropolitan Lestari - and three foreign investors
(NYNEX, AIF and Mitsui). Its name was changed to PT Excelcomindo Pratama, with the provisioning of basic telephony services as its core business.


XL commenced commercial operations in 1996, primarily covering Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya areas. This made XL the first private company in Indonesia to provide
cellular mobile telephony services.

XL is now leading the industry as a cellular telecommunications provider with extensive coverage throughout Indonesia. It provides services for retail customers
and offers business solutions for corporate customers, including voice, data and other value-added mobile telecommunications services. XL operates its network with
GSM 900/DCS 1800 and IMT-2000/3G technologies. XL also holds a Closed Regular Network License, Internet Service Provider (ISP) License,Voice over Internet
Protocol (VoIP) License, and Internet Interconnection Services License (NAP).


Strategic Vendor Partnership, a new strategic unit under Strategic Partnership and Procurement Division (formerly Procurement and Logistic), is developed mainly to drive alignment between XL and strategic partners/major vendors in order to build, maintain, and enhance stronger and more beneficial relationships; and also to constantly create value out of the partnership.

Currently, we are fulfilling the resource who will act as partner to top level management in managing strategic partnership.


Specialist - Corporate Culture and HSE (SCH)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Articulate and internalize the Corporate Culture to be embedded into real and applicable initiatives
  • Develop and coordinate the implementation of Corporate Culture "events"/ "processes"
  • Monitor the implementation of Corporate Culture "events"/ "processes" and highlight issues identified
  • Ensure the implementation of OHS standards in the company are comply with related OHS regulations


Requirements:

  • University Graduate (S1) majoring Psychology or Social Science or Communication with a least 5 years experience in Corporate Culture assignment
  • Advance knowledge of Telco Business with a focus on their culture
  • Excellent communication skills (for interpersonal communication, presentation, and analytical report writting)
  • Analytical skills, spesifically the ability to assess behavioral process using Cultural framework
  • Knowledge of organizational behavior and business process re-engineering
  • Basic skills of project management with hands-on experience
  • Required skill(s): Corporate Culture, Change Management, HSE.


Specialist - Competency Development (SCD)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Non Network Functional Competency Development process
  • Conduct Development Need Analysis
  • Establish and Implement Non Network Functional Competency Development Program Curriculum and Plan
  • Conduct bidding process for Non Network Functional Competency Development vendor
  • Monitor Learning Impact measurement


Requirements:

  • S1, preferably Management, Telecommunication Engineering or Social Science with min. 5 years experience in human resources development/consultant
  • Good understanding of company direction and unit business operation knowledge Experienced in designing and developing training curriculum, program, methodology, and training module
  • Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in written and spoke English is a must
  • Specialist - Talent Management (STM)
    (Jakarta Raya)
    Responsibilities:

    • Conducting Employee Assessment & Profiling
    • Mapping the people strength into Talent Matrix by Levels
    • Facilitating talent review meeting
    • Communicating and educating people on Talent Management Process and Development
    • Ascertaining the development needs & development plans for the identified Talents
    • Implementing & monitoring the individual development plans for the identified Talents
    • Evaluating the effectiveness of the development plan & fine-tuning the plan to suit situational needs
    • Communicating Assessment & Profile result
    • Giving Expert Analysis & Recommendation on People Development and Job Assignment


    Requirements:

    • S1, preferably Psychology or Human Resource Management with min. 5 years experience in human resources development
    • Good understanding of company direction and unit business operation knowledge
    • Should have excellent communication and presentation/coaching skills
    • Able to conduct assessment & Data Interpretation
    • Fluency in written and spoke English is a must


    Manager - Partner Management (MPM)
    (Jakarta Raya)
    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain relationship with Content Provider or partner.
    • Maintain SLA and KPI for day to day Content Provider Operation.
    • Establish and maintain the process or procedures related to VAS Business Operation.
    • Responsible for producing daily report on all related reports for Content Provider.


    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
    • Good Knowledge in Content Provider day to day operation.
    • Advance knowledge, skills, and experience in CP Business.
    • Advance knowledge, skills, and Experience in VAS.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills both oral and written.
    • A good negotiator.
