Personnel STAFF (HRD Staff)

General Qualifications:

• Male or female, age max. 26 years, Education Min. S1 majoring in Economic Management / Accounting Economics / Management Computerization of the leading universities in Indonesia. Fresh graduate or experience up to 1 (one) year in the field of administration of human resources / employment / taxation, especially income tax 21.
• It has a soul to serve, thorough, honest, persuasive communication is good, skillful use Ms.excel and word, experience using software / programs such as payroll or HRIS SAP, understand tax laws, especially PPh 21, labor regulations.

Job Description:

• Responsible for implementing payroll processes and payment of employee compensation.
• Maintaining a database of employees in connection with payroll processing and payment of employee compensation.
• Carry out personnel administration processes, implement standardoperating procedures and policies, compensation and benefits.
• Create, collect, and maintain reports and correspondence required.
