R&D Manager - Packaging


Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the President Director, he/she will be responsible for managing the R&D Department in product / packaging innovation and to offer packaging solution to the company's clients that are mostly coming from FMCG industry.
• Overseeing raw material of packaging include resins, plastic and adhesive, as well as structure of packaging and design.
• Team management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Project Management or Industrial/Product Designer.
• 1 Full-Time position available.
