Job description:
Doing all of the training process from needs assessment, design / drafting
training, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Psychology (S1) / Psychologist (S2)
2. Having experience in the world of professional training at least 3 years
3. Minimum GPA 3.00
4. Age not more than 30 years
5. Highly motivated, communicative leadership, and capable
create and achieve big targets

2. HR-Planning & Development Section Head

Job description:
Developing the concepts of “people development Astra into implementation
able to answer all business challenges.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Psychology (S1) / Psychologist (S2)
2. Having experience in HR-People Development at least for 2 years
3. Minimum GPA 3.00
4. Age not more than 30 years
5. Highly motivated, analytical and conceptual skills are good,
and be able to develop themselves rapidly

3. HR, Industrial Relations Section Head

Job description:
Developing concepts of industrial relations to maintain productivity
employee.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Psychology (S1) / Psychologist (S2)
2. Having experience in HR-Industrial Relations for at least 2 years
3. Minimum GPA 3.00
4. Age not more than 30 years
5. Highly motivated, analytical and conceptual skills are good,
and be able to develop themselves rapidly
